Ralph is a veteran homicide detective who has a high service record. His reliable partner, and best friend, Nathan, has been with him for the past 5 years. Together, the two of them have solved multiple cases together.One day, a strange killing occurs where the victim is bound in chains, and their skin is carved with a cryptic message. At the same time, Nathan disappears without a trace. Ralph grows worried for his friend when more killings with the same M.O. begin to appear.
