Assigning an employee to the job they would like, the wage they want, and not overworking them all contribute to the employee's happiness. Unreliable employees may call in and affect your happiness.Customers must be satisfied to get good reviews and keep your store in good standing. Having the goods they seek, keeping them in the store for as little time as possible, and having a charismatic employee behind the cash register all contribute to the satisfaction of customers.
