About This Game
ia scatter city is a level made with unreal engine and the "ia scatter" add-on where you can fly through a small part of a sci-fi city.
Featuring smooth/cinematic camera controls, every time you launch ia scatter city you get random building placement, random weather and time and random music.
"ia scatter" was used for the random scattering of the buildings. ia scatter can be found here in the unreal marketplace
