Apply proper care for gunshot wounds, stabbings, car crashes, and other physical trauma. Arm yourself, gear up, and fight off raids from wandering mutant hordes or armed bandits exploiting the unrest to steal your critical life-saving supplies. Monitor your “Hope” score by making sure you have enough medicine, beds, blood, and body bags for everyone who comes in. Grab a broom, mop, or power washer to clean up the dirt, bugs, blood, and shell casings that litter the facility.Research your infected patients and support the search for a cure. Track symptoms and report your findings to health agencies so they can send a vaccine, then inject enough people to flatten the curve of infections.
